The Vital Health Savings Plan is based on a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA). The HCSA gives you a pre-set amount of health funding each year that you can spend as you choose.

Each plan member can direct their spending to their own family needs. And if health care costs will exceed the pre-determined HCSA amount, you have the flexibility to add extra funding on a pre-tax basis.

But what about insurance?
We believe that insurance should be available to cover serious unanticipated risks, not routine maintenance. So every Vital Health Savings Plan includes a very low-cost policy to cover you if a major medical catastrophe strikes you or a family member.
